Fees and Policies

Fees for individual sessions and telephone consultations

One half hour $60- $75
One hour session $110 - $155
One-and-a-half hour session $155 - $195

Telephone Sessions at the same rates.

To arrange a discount and payment plan for a series of sessions,
please inquire.

Payment is required at the time of your visit.

There is a $25 service charge for returned checks.

 

Class Fees

First Class
$30 for one parent w child
$35 when visiting w twins or when both parents attend

Subsequent classes available by 4-class card, good for 4 months $90

Class card expires 4 months from date of purchase and is non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellation of an appointment.
There is a fee of $75 for cancellations of less than 24 hours notice. Cancellations for a
Monday session must be received by noon on Saturday to avoid this charge.
There is no charge for cancellations due to emergency or onset of illness.

Class Policies

Wellness and Illness

Please do not attend class if you or your child is sick or if you suspect that one or both of you is coming down with a cold or flu.

This work is contraindicated when your baby is ill – even with just a simple runny nose. Re-patterning is not appropriate when your baby needs all his energy for healing, even with a common cold. Please stay home – leave us a message as soon as you realize you or your child are ill – and we look forward to seeing you next time! If you're thinking of calling to say your child only has a runny nose, and is it ok to come anyhow, our answer is always no.

Missed Classes & Make-Ups

If you have paid in advance for a semester of classes and have to miss class, it can be made at any of the other scheduled classes during that semester. Saturday classes are also available for make-ups – see our schedule of classes on our website.

We’re sorry, there are no refunds for missed classes.

If Amajoy has to cancel class, or there is cancellation due to weather, the class can be made up during regularly scheduled classes in that semester or the following one.

In the case of cancellation we do our best to email or call to notify everyone. If time is too short, we will try to leave a note on the door – we apologize in advance for any inconvenience.
